About ALS New Mexico
ALS New Mexico is dedicated to supporting individuals and families impacted by ALS, as well as funding critical research efforts. ALS, a progressive neurodegenerative disease, affects motor neurons, leading to muscle weakness and impacting daily functions like walking, talking, swallowing, and breathing. Despite its challenges, our community remains resilient and hopeful, thanks to supporters like you.
Why Your Contribution Matters
Your generosity directly funds research breakthroughs, essential care services, and advocacy efforts. ALS doesn't discriminate—it can affect anyone, regardless of age. While there's currently no cure, ongoing research is making significant strides towards understanding and treating this complex disease.
Three Levels of Bucketing
- Raise $500: Half Bucket
- Raise $1000: Full Bucket
- Raise $1500: No Bucket or Nominate another
- Raise $5000: Bucket the President and CEO
